I didn't know if it just needed to be trimmed or taken down. Ricky recommended taking the tree down due to a split down the middle and disease was starting. They came out the next morning and within a couple of hours had the tree down and the stump ground. The area was cleaned up and tidy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs tree work. And the price was extremely reasonable. I had expected to pay much more for the job. I am a very satisfied customer. They had top of the line equipment and was very professional not only to me but to my neighbors as well. I was very concerned about my house getting destroyed and this company came up time after time as to being the best arborist around so that’s why I went with them. They also had the best bid to top it off. I was so pleased and satisfied with how well they cleaned up and didn’t disturb anything that I tipped everyone 250.00 apiece. I called them and was given a good price and with in 24 hours they came and removed the large limb before it damaged my house. The guys are all really nice and helpful, awnsered any questions I had. Rickey answered his phone (which is more than I can say for the others) stopped by and gave me a very reasonable quote. On a Sunday Rickey showed up in the rain and worked all day to remove these nasty things. He had to return Monday to finish clean up. And the clean up he did was outstanding.
